	Job Description
	Our client is an established, thriving M&E Contractor based in South London. Due to an ongoing and busy pipeline of projects for 2010 they require an experienced M&E Quantity Surveyor to join the team. This is a great opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects, both in size and value from £500,000 up to £10 Million including fit-out, refurb and D&B d projects across the South. As the suitable applicant you will have a Mechanical bias but experienced in both Mechanical and Electrical Surveying along with a minimum of 6 years contracting experience. You will also have a minimum of an HND along with good communication with the ability to liaise comfortably with clients etc...
